You will work closely with clients to analyse project needs, develop strategies for efficient project delivery, and offer guidance and support to help clients enhance project management practices, mitigate risks, and achieve successful outcomes. You will focus on building relationships, managing and inspiring others, and delivering quality in increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to grow your personal brand while deepening technical expertise. You should be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, ask questions, and use those moments to grow. Responsibilities

Support operational excellence within capital programs Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions Mentor junior associates and promote skill development Work with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes Uphold professional standards and current practices in operations Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions Build relationships with stakeholders to understand needs Navigate complex project environments to achieve objectives What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience in capital projects What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Engineering & Management, Finance, or related fields preferred Certification(s) Preferred: Engineer in Training (EIT) or Project Management certifications Experience managing capital project development and execution Proficiency with project tools like AI, Data Analytics, and BIM Ability to lead workstreams to deliver projects on time and within budget Ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and improve quality Ability to distill complex data into clear executive messaging Adaptability to new technical areas and continuous learning Taking initiative in improving internal processes Learn more

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus eligible discretionary bonus. Compensation is dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
