Tours potential members through the club and describes the facility, equipment, services, and amenities that directly tie back to their individual fitness needs and goals Ensure all guests are registered and entered into the system Communicate membership and fitness offers clearly using company-provided presentation tools Sign up guests effectively using company sales techniques and protocol Adhere to the Membership Agreement Procedure when enrolling members and guests On-board new members successfully and assist with member retention activities to drive club profitability Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals Obtain leads externally from within the community using company-provided tools/programs (e.g., community outreach, local promotions, corporate sales on-sites) Generate leads/new business internally through member promotions, referrals, guest passes, and contacting leads generated via phone Set appointments for all leads and potential new business opportunities Consistently achieve or exceed personal productivity goals Partner with Membership Sales Manager to provide a best-in-class, member-centric experience that strengthens member relationships and retention Engage members with fitness offerings including personal training, group classes, and Gold’s Gym SoCal digital content Maintain relationships with members and serve as a resource for questions or concerns Provide a clean, friendly, well-maintained club to members and guests Help new members become comfortable in the club MUST HAVES

Strong business judgment and analytical skills Effective communication with constituents Active listening skills Delegation and follow-up skills Planning and organizational skills Ability to create a positive environment Willingness for self-development Ability to identify and use resources to improve operations Strong leadership, motivational, communication, and team-building skills College degree preferred Current CPR Certification required Bilingual preferred This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and maintaining a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean uniform are also required. We celebrate everyone.
