New Home Sales Consultant
to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our community—opening and closing model homes, welcoming prospective buyers, and guiding them through every step of the homebuilding process. You’ll qualify buyers, generate leads, and help clients turn their dream of homeownership into reality. Responsibilities
Open and close model homes daily and ensure they are presentation-ready Greet walk-in guests, register visitors, and provide detailed information about available homes and communities Learn and communicate product knowledge, including floor plans, elevations, room options, and included features Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and scheduled appointments Write contracts, qualify buyers, and guide clients through the sales process Network with realtors and generate new leads through referrals Maintain accurate CRM and electronic files Understand off-site homebuilding and assist buyers with land acquisition or site selection Provide excellent customer service from first visit to closing Attend company sales meetings and trainings Support additional administrative or marketing duties as needed Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (real estate or new home sales preferred) Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Knowledge of residential home building or construction basics Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Tech-savvy with basic Excel skills and CRM experience Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable Ability to read basic blueprints and understand customization options Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain) Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor Why Join Us?
