At EY, we’re looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results. The role requires regular travel to meet client needs. You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments. Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules. Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing, complemented by robust business acumen. Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams. Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results. Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing business area. A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module. A proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables within critical deadlines. Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry-specific production, quality management, and technology functions. A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you’ll also have

Consulting experience with a focus on leading project teams. SAP Certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related production execution modules. Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Intercompany, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) Live. Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of SAP PP and/or QM in S/4 HANA. Experience with new manufacturing offerings in SAP S/4 HANA, such as Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and Product Engineering and Operations (PEO).
