The opportunity We innovate with SAP to co-create more innovative answers, drawing on our integrated competencies in tax, assurance, transactions and risk, as well as our work in implementing SAP. Together, we help clients provide better outcomes and long-lasting results, from strategy to execution. Your key responsibilities Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions. Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives. Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Serve as an SAP Manager responsible for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream, including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery processing, billing, and customer order-related reporting. Manage and provide leadership to teams of professionals, actively engaging in staff development and practice management. Run workshops, gather requirements, design, configure, and support the end-to-end process for SAP Order-to-Cash, able to provide the design proposals with understanding of requirements from other key modules like Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen; assimilate to new knowledge. Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams; apply leading-practice business process knowledge for OTC to client requirements. Consistently deliver quality client services; monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Skills and attributes for success Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning. Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-relevant advisory experience. To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree). Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience with SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC). Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members. Ability to travel (travel estimated at 40–60%). Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. Knowledge of leading practices and the ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues. Ideally, you’ll also have Prior consulting industry experience. SAP Certification(s). Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of your core module. Experience in managing client relationships and expectations. What we offer you We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range for this job in the US of $141,200 to $258,900 (varies by location). NYC Metro, WA, and CA ranges: $169,500 to $294,300. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options. Hybrid work model: most client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40–60% of the time on engagements.
