Overview
Location: Anywhere in Country. EY seeks a Technology Business Analyst Manager within Technology – Engineering & Systems Integration – Technology Business Analysis – Manager / SAP – Finance FSCM – Manager. Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve operations. EY’s SAP service line capabilities include Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors to help clients improve performance and productivity. Our Agile Business Transformation approach, enabled by SAP technology, focuses on a comprehensive, business-first view across strategy, customer value, user experiences, processes, technology and operational impacts.
Responsibilities
Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily Travel may be required based on client needs What you will do in practice
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, analyze business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, and ensure system architecture aligns with business objectives.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree 4 to 6 years of experience with SAP FSCM modules (Credit, Collection, Dispute Management); strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable; exposure to other FICO modules preferred Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; experience with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable Knowledge of SAP FSCM leading practices, peer company environments and advisory experience in finance and technology functions Differences between classic Credit/Collection/Deduction Management vs FSCM functionality Security roles related to FSCM processes Proficiency with one or more S4HANA SAP FICO modules (FI: GL, Fixed Assets, AP; CO: cost center accounting, internal orders, project systems, product costing, COPA; Treasury) Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies Experience developing functional specifications and strong system configuration experience Relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking and emotional agility Willingness to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you’ll also have
Prior consulting industry experience Exposure to other FICO modules SAP Certification(s) such as P_S4FIN SAP Certified Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA or other finance certifications Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of core modules Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience leading cross-functional teams Additional qualifications that enhance success in this role
