Deliver and maintain an elevated customer experience within the store environment

Implement the Ralph Lauren ways of working and selling culture to maximise sales and profitability

Develop and monitor key metrics that drive the business plan

Keep up to date with competitor activity

Operations

Manage inventory flow to minimize shrink loss through operational excellence

Lead floor recovery, ensuring price and size integrity

Manage and maintain a safe work environment for customers and employees by complying with all company policies and procedures

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Energetic, passionate and results driven

Experienced leader having previously worked in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

Open to travel is a must

Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
