The Meta Reality Labs Product Marketing organization leads work to inform what products we’re building with market insights, product launch strategy, and in-market business growth. We influence early stage product development and roadmaps, create go-to-market plans, support in-market growth of the ecosystem, and provide direction for future investments. The Developer team within the Meta Horizon org builds products and programs that inspire developers to build amazing games and social experiences for people in Mixed Reality as well as Mobile. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for informing the developer roadmap with customer and market needs in mind as well as lead go-to-market and in-market programs that drive acquisition and growth for our partners. The ideal candidate will be able to partner closely with product and business XFN to drive impact for the business. Responsibilities:
Influence product roadmaps with a customer-centric perspective by leveraging audience segmentations, research, and insights from other product categories Bring a perspective of developer needs and a solution-oriented mindset Build partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, and shaping product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies Ability to analyze data, and translate into insights that support product development and go to market strategies Partner closely product and business XFN to drive impact for the business Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, management consulting, business strategy or a similar field 2+ years of experience in product marketing or equivalent function developing go to market or product growth strategies while partnering closely with product teams 2+ years experience with working with developer platform or game developers Experience building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, and shaping product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies Experience analyzing data, and translating to insights that support product development and go to market strategies Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent Marketing experience Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or related Masters degree or equivalent experience Experience working independently and adapting in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and fluid environment, identifying and escalating issues early and often Experience and/or domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms Balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework About Meta:
