$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr Responsibilities
Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; offer guidance and support regarding self-service technology; assist members with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns; and promote the company\'s products and services. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety checks; follow forklift spotting procedures and procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials; uphold company standards; and report unsafe situations to management. Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area; stocking and organizing merchandise; setting up and cleaning product displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise according to company policies; identify shrink and damages; and secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Ensure product rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards are followed; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics; uphold Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes and practices. Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, meeting deadlines, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback. Ensure club pick up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging orders according to company policy and procedures. Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude; maintain a clean, member-ready area. Benefits
