Anticipated Salary Range: $99,336.00 - $132,500.00

Overview This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. HII supports the U.S. military and federal agencies with cybersecurity, network architecture, reverse engineering, software and hardware development to defend national interests.

Mission Technologies is a global team delivering all-domain expertise and advanced technologies in service of mission partners across the globe. We are leading the next evolution of national defense and the data evolution, with capabilities spanning C5ISR, AI and Big Data, cyber operations, synthetic training environments, fleet sustainment, environmental remediation, and unmanned systems.

Responsibilities

Identify, attract, and recruit cleared engineering professionals (Software, RF, EW, FPGA, Signal Processing) for DoD programs at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.

Maintain and augment pipelines for on-premises and cloud-enabled data analytics roles as needed.

Present status updates to internal stakeholders and evaluate new tools and processes to improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with security and clearance requirements; facilitate clearance processing as needed.

Provide a positive candidate experience and manage offer processes through to onboarding.

Minimum Qualifications

5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3 years with a Master's degree.

Experience defining requirements for open-source data analytics, data workflow, and database tools.

Experience developing and maintaining data analytic protocols, standards, and documentation.

Experience designing data models for complex analyses and defining vendor requirements for DoD needs.

Experience with multiple datasets and database technologies; end-to-end data pipeline development.

Experience with cloud and on-premise database technologies; data exploration and visualization tools (e.g., Python, Matlab).

Proficiency with Linux; familiarity with open-source containerization tools and their use with databases and analytics.

Ability to define internal process improvements to automate repetitive tasks; strong problem-solving skills.

Clearance: Secret to start; ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with additional checks.

Physical Requirements May involve working in office, industrial, or laboratory environments. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
