This role is a key contributor to the SEC Reporting function and is responsible for supporting the Chief Accounting Officer’s external reporting strategy. The role supports the planning, development and filing of periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including the quality and timely delivery of the quarterly 10-Q’s and annual 10-K. This position is responsible for supporting the evolution of various reporting processes through technology innovation and process optimization, while being a primary point of contact representing the SEC Reporting team in our internal monthly close processes. 40% Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting - Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports. 30% Preparing and Delivering Insights - Develop and present financial analysis both visually and verbally to business leaders. 20% Cross-Functional Collaboration - Sr. Financial Analysts work closely with business leaders up to and including VPs to understand their business operations. 10% Project Based Analysis - Conduct detailed analyses for purposes of investment initiatives and capital allocation. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legally permitted to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience in SEC reporting, including iXBRL, public accounting, or corporate finance. Proven track record with external audits, comment letter responses, and investor relations collaboration. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Minimum Education The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
