Driving sales growth and market penetration by managing relationships with new and existing assigned customers Executing promotional strategies and introducing new products Resolving customer issues and delivering training Supporting dealer business development and vendor objectives Conducting in-person and remote customer engagements independently or with the Sales Manager Providing ongoing insights on market competition and territory trends Maintaining organized and timely completion of administrative tasks Submitting accurate mileage and expense reports promptly Keeping dealer email lists current and organized Scheduling appointments accurately using the CRM system Promoting marketing initiatives including promotions, flyers, specials, and training Maintaining knowledge of vendor marketing programs and support offerings Assisting with planning and execution of annual Dealer Meetings Conducting pricing studies and distributing dealer pricing and updates Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of company product lines with accuracy and confidence Maintaining an organized personal library of sales and technical materials for all product categories Supporting collection efforts for outstanding accounts receivable as directed Understanding basic accounts receivable processes and retrieving relevant records in the ERP system Attending training and traveling as needed Complying with safety practices in a safety-sensitive role Performs other duties as assigned in alignment with evolving organizational needs Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; some college coursework in Business or a related field 3+ years of experience in sales or B2B selling 3+ years of hands-on experience with appliance parts Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Skilled in using standard office technology (computers, scanners, phones, virtual meeting tools, etc.) Strong aptitude for math and numerical analysis Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (High School diploma or GED required) 5+ years of experience in appliance parts, sales, and related functions Physical Demands & Work Environment

Approximately 40 hours per week, involving regular physical and sensory activity Bending, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs Prolonged sitting (up to 8 hours), with intermittent standing and walking Continuous use of fingers, hands, and arms for computer and office-related tasks Frequent use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and scanners (up to 8 hours daily) Regular verbal communication via phone and in-person interactions (up to 6 hours daily) What We Offer
