$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program to build a strong foundation for success Partner with sales agents to guide clients through home tours and the buying process Hold open houses to generate leads, create buyer opportunities, and build brand visibility Provide written feedback after showings to help refine buyer criteria and accelerate decision-making Prepare and negotiate offers in collaboration with the lead agent and client Lead generate for a minimum of 10 hours per week to build pipeline and future opportunities Participate in weekly script practice and skill-building sessions per team standards Attend all required team meetings, trainings, and activities to stay aligned and accountable Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and PLACE Partner Calls Maintain full visibility into daily tasks and client progress using PLACE Technology Qualifications
