The US Oncology Network is looking for an Incentive Analyst to join our team at Texas Oncology. The US Oncology Network is one of the nation’s largest networks of community-based oncology physicians, supported by McKesson Corporation to advance cancer care. Responsibilities

LTIP Program Management: End-to-end program management, including grant distribution tracking, communication updates to senior leadership and grant recipients, eligibility evaluation, and partnership with key stakeholders on program adjustments over time. LTIP Modeling and Forecasting: Develop and maintain sophisticated models to predict LTIP financial outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational and program objectives. LTIP Quarterly Profitability Metric Updates: Deliver precise quarterly updates to senior leadership and grant recipients, reflecting LTIP status through detailed financial analysis. Retention Strategy Evaluation: Annually assess retention strategies across initiatives including Short-Term Incentives (STI), LTIP, and other offerings to benchmark success and identify enhancements. Turnover Cost Quantification: Develop analyses of turnover and turnover costs to identify savings and bolster retention efforts. Robust Tracking of Turnover and Retention: Implement systems to correlate turnover and retention data with LTIP participation and other initiatives. Financial Analysis: Conduct analyses to support LTIP modeling, profitability updates, retention strategies, and capital investments. Capital Request Process: Lead improvements in the capital request process, partnering with stakeholders to identify impact changes and evaluate progress. Lookback Analysis and Pro Forma Evaluation: Perform lookback analyses to refine future projections by assessing pro forma projections against actual results. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial modeling, preferably with incentive programs and capital investment processes. Proven track record in conducting detailed financial analyses and creating accurate forecasts and pro forma models. Healthcare experience is a plus. Critical Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience in strategic planning and performance assessment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to executive-level audiences. Microsoft Excel expertise. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Working Conditions
