The studio creative/photographer needs to have a passion for digital content creation and an expert understanding of video production, photography, lighting and set design. An ideal candidate can: Consistently create visuals that exceed customer expectations and reflect professionalism and attention to detail Balance creative execution with business goals, using sales skills to drive additional revenue and ensure customer satisfaction Apply various lighting styles to meet client needs, ensuring a professional and high-quality result Work effectively with the studio team and engage with clients both in-store and remotely. Use strong communication and sales skills to build trust, set expectations, and enhance the client experience Handle client escalations and high-pressure situations calmly and professionally, providing solutions that meet customer needs. Stay adaptable and solve problems efficiently while ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience Embrace changes in workflow and client needs, while staying focused on delivering top-notch results Translate customer inputs into successful shoots, ensuring the final product aligns with their vision. Communicate clearly with clients, manage expectations, and resolve any issues with practical solutions Assist with pre-shoot prep, equipment organization, inventory management, and overall studio orderliness.
