In this role, you will serve as a strategic and operational leader, driving engineering excellence across 11 chemical manufacturing sites in North America. You’ll lead capital projects, process optimization, reliability programs, and technical innovation to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations. Here are your primary responsibilities: Lead and align engineering strategy across all sites, ensuring consistency in standards, performance metrics, and project execution. Oversee capital project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, budget, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement in maintenance, reliability, and process engineering through data-driven decision-making and best practices. Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Supply Chain, and other functions to support safe and efficient plant operations. Develop and mentor engineering leaders and teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence. We are an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
