Senior Project Manager 4 - Design & Construction Svs -- Orlando at Siemens Healthineers Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects in support of ground-up new hospital, renovation, or research facilities, including full design-build construction aspects and equipment installation. Develop and implement detailed solutions for complex project challenges by working with advanced stakeholders and SMEs. Support RFP process for design, construction, and installation related topics. Attend presale meetings with AEs and support the sales relationship with customers as required. Visit project sites to secure measurements, produce cost estimates, review quotes and key project success factors such as electrical, mechanical, and construction requirements with customers. Consult with customers to optimize equipment layouts and clinical workflow to incorporate into drawings and project plans. Manage the overall project management of Design and Construction Services (DCS) projects to support business volume goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Explain customer specifications to planners to develop preliminary and final site-specific CAD drawings. Communicate project information, status updates, schedule and scope changes to internal and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, customer’s architect, engineer, contractor, Siemens Sales and Service partners). Assist in development, coordination, and finalization of project schedules for system production, delivery, installation and applications. Regularly communicate project schedule, risks and other pertinent issues to internal and external stakeholders. Perform regular site visits and monitor progress of site preparation to ensure tasks are completed on schedule to meet project completion dates that impact Siemens profitability. Maintain accurate data in the appropriate data systems and Project Management tools. Coordinate and adjust schedules to minimize unexpected cost increases, maintain costs, and/or improve overall profitability while preserving customer satisfaction. Handle and respond to customer questions, complaints, and problems to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project. Complete mandatory Siemens forms/checklists required at specific project milestones. Conduct or assist in training of other Project Managers and participate in advisory boards, task forces, and special projects. Follow Siemens and customer policies (safety, regulatory, dress codes/appearance and business conduct) and quality control protocols. Maintain effective communication practices—respond promptly to daily telephone, email, and written messages. Manage travel and office expenses to control costs and maintain Siemens assets to ensure longevity. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience Minimum of 8+ years of complex project management experience; managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience with executive-level management and clinicians within diverse customer organizations Ability to read design drawings Experience managing matrix project teams and third-party vendors within a large corporate structure Knowledge of the construction industry (electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC) Strong written and verbal communication skills Well-organized problem solver capable of autonomous work in a field-based role CAD knowledge Familiarity with AIA contracting and payment processes Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI) knowledge Experience with healthcare construction preferred PMP certification preferred Ability to travel up to 50-75% About Siemens Healthineers

Salary: The Annual Base Pay for this position is Min $104,000 - Max $156,000. Compensation may vary by geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan, life, disability insurance, paid time off, and paid parking/public transportation where eligible.
