Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals What We're Looking For

5–6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, product managers, and data scientists Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage Why join us?
