Must be local to the Bay Area to go to the office on a Hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities

As a key member of our Project Management Team, you’ll perform client management, interfacing, updates and presentations at all levels of management. You’ll partner with Project Managers to ensure complete awareness of project cost and risks, and provide alternative strategies for mitigation and opportunities. Jacobs Engineering Group utilizes advanced Enterprise System platforms and data analysis solutions to support service excellence. You’ll thoroughly understand the principles of cost control and estimating, and proactively monitor and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours for projects. Using your expertise, you’ll create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate schedule status and identify the critical path. There will be opportunities to develop and maintain productive cross-discipline relationships within the project team. Must be local to the Bay Area to go to the office on a Hybrid work schedule. Local to the San Ramon/San Francisco/Oakland/San Jose/Monterey areas. Qualifications

3+ years of scheduling experience, proficient in P6 schedule analysis and reporting. Construction experience preferred and experience on complex projects $25M+. Ability to build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with engineering, project management and construction teams. Ability to explain variances, delays and to track and monitor contractor schedules. Cost analysis and SAP experience is a bonus. Salary & Benefits

Base pay range: $89,100.00 - $119,000.00 per year. Health and welfare benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount. Eligible employees may enroll in a deferred compensation plan or the Executive Deferral Plan.
