Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all field electrical tool install activities including power, grounding, and control infrastructure. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and Samsung representatives to ensure alignment on scope and schedule. Manage subcontractors and field personnel to ensure quality, schedule, and safety compliance. Oversee installation of electrical systems for semiconductor tools, including power distribution, controls, and grounding. Ensure adherence to Samsung’s cleanroom and high-tech facility standards. Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits. Maintain accurate documentation of progress, issues, and resolutions in the required Project management system. Support commissioning and turnover processes for electrical systems. Resolve field-level conflicts and escalate critical issues as needed. Ensure all work aligns with NEC, SEMI standards, Samsung site-specific standards, and internal QA/QC expectations. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role. Extensive experience in tool install projects within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, cleanroom protocols, and construction sequencing. Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics, construction documents, and tool vendor specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 certification required. Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). Preferences: Experience working on Samsung projects or similar semiconductor clients. Familiarity with tool install protocols and commissioning procedures, vendor punch list processes, and turnover documentation. Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and occasionally climb ladders while utilizing fall protection. The ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds is required.
