Description As a Design Consultant, you will maximize sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will represent the Arhaus brand enthusiastically, utilize our selling model to close transactions, and adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures. Meet required monthly sales and productivity standards Develop and enhance selling behaviors according to our selling model Demonstrate strong product knowledge Maintain a guest book to organize, generate, and cultivate business Perform proactive follow-up with guests before and after sales and delivery Improve performance based on feedback from store management Promptly resolve guest concerns Perform opening and closing duties as directed Accurately perform all system functions and maintain operational standards Record all hours worked Review and act upon all email and company communications Participate in weekly one-on-one and team meetings Collaborate effectively with team members Requirements
Driven to achieve sales goals Knowledge and passion for company products and services Strong organizational, time management, technological, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High-quality guest relations skills Sales skills, sense of design, or related experience preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation
$22,000 (minimum hourly base) to $350,000 annually Includes base pay plus commission, monthly sales incentives, and quarterly bonuses Commission is tiered, unlimited, and paid on net written sales, based on experience, store volume, and location Employee Benefits
