As a Senior Tax Manager, you'll have the opportunity to directly influence the growth and culture of our Fort Myers office. You'll manage significant client engagements, mentor talented staff, and collaborate closely with partners. Overseeing complex tax compliance and advisory engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals. Conducting in-depth tax research and developing proactive strategies for clients. Leading, mentoring, and developing a talented tax team. Working directly alongside firm partners to support the strategic growth of the Fort Myers office. Who You Are
A CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's in Taxation preferred). Experienced in managing comprehensive tax engagements, including corporate, individual, and partnership taxation. An excellent communicator with proven client relationship skills. Able to commute regularly to our Fort Myers office as part of a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Compensation And Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary, with a base pay range of $130,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr, excellent benefits including health insurance, retirement plans with company match, and generous PTO.
