Key Responsibilities
Act as a key partner to the CFO, CEO, and extended leadership team by analyzing and synthesizing enterprise-level financial and operational performance
Translate performance data into key financial and operational priorities that center on driving complexity reduction (80/20) and profitable growth across Madison Air. Build influence among the business leaders to drive implementation and appropriate resource allocation
Own and drive key financial planning cycles, including annual budget process
Engage with the extended Finance organization to develop and implement world-class financial processes, including reporting and FP&A activities
Engage with senior leaders at Madison regarding key priorities for Madison Air including acquisition due diligence, capital raises, and enterprise valuations
Partner closely with the CFO to offer key insights and recommendations regarding functional performance
Set up enterprise wide, standard processes and systems
Partner with financial reporting/controllers on financial data validation
Ideal Experience/Qualifications
Accounting or finance degree required; MBA is a plus
A minimum of 10 years of experience in an FP&A function, working in a multi-location, multi-dimensional (e.g. multiple businesses) environment
Background in manufacturing and analyzing a manufacturing P&L
Background in complexity reduction (80/20) efforts
Advanced Excel user
Pulling data from multiple ERP systems, using different and creative platforms to analyze data
Treasury experience is a plus
