Overview

As Procedural Specialist II, you will promote BD Peripheral Intervention/Breast Biopsy products to customers and potential customers through clinical support and education. Products will specifically include our Oncology Breast Biopsy solutions. Territory

Territory covered is Washington out to Michigan, down to Texas, excluding the Midwest states. 80% travel expectation for this role. Key Responsibilities

Educates and trains physicians, and hospital staff on technical matters relating to BD Peripheral Intervention products through case support; conducts and/or coordinates one-on-one in-servicing, and/or available internal/external physician education training programs. Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals and physicians; obtains new users and applications for company products and services. Observes and reports market trends which affect BD Peripheral Intervention sales, service and product development. Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to: Procedural Specialist reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies. Fulfills the duty of a Territory Manager in vacant territories and supports endovascular procedures as directed by the Regional Manager. Qualifications & About You

Associates Degree or B.S. in Nursing required or mammography; women's breast health and mammography certifications required. Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in the Operating Room, breast and/or surgery centers is required. Current credentialing and/or certification in respective clinical discipline required. Advanced knowledge of oncology breast cancer required. Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to support clinical cases highly preferred. Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel required. Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards. Compensation & Workplace

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. $125,992 - 207,888 - Base + Incentive BD emphasizes on-site collaboration for most roles with a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week, while recognizing flexibility and work-life balance. Remote or field-based positions will have different workplace arrangements, indicated in the job posting. For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 where required; some locations may have testing requirements.
