You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It’s up to you to make your store a success. An 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success. Responsibilities
Operate and manage a single Panda Express store. Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program. Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $25.22 per hour - $28.22 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and experience; Panda reserves the right to modify bonus programs at any time. High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified Work Environment & ADA
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees may be required to stand for long periods. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to four hours, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot with high noise levels.
