If you’re efficient, enjoy working with different people, and love to create safe, fun environments, this role could be a great fit. This role spans office management, executive and team support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient support for the organization. You will oversee office functions, manage supplies and vendor relationships, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. On the executive support side, you will handle calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, and assist with day-to-day communications. You will support executives with sensitive People-related tasks, research, and data compilation while maintaining confidentiality. You will also manage aspects of our HRIS platform (Gusto) to help employees with payroll and benefits questions to support ongoing employee satisfaction. This role is located in or near the NYC area to align with in-office culture. The base salary ranges from $80,000 - $90,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience. What Youll Do Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Oversee office functions to ensure a productive environment. Supplies Management: Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed. Facility Coordination: Ensure the office space is clean and organized. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors for maintenance and supplies. Budget Oversight: Assist in tracking expenses and preparing financial reports. Employee Support
Culture and Values: Act as the point person for company-wide and function-specific events, ensuring a positive day-to-day employee experience with engaging activities. HRIS/Gusto: Coordinate and support with the HRIS platform, answering payroll and benefits questions as needed. Compliance: Monitor and address compliance-related issues as they arise. Executive Support
Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel for the CEO. Project Assistance: Support executives with research, data compilation, and presentations. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly. Your Experience
