Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr Shift and schedule
Shift Requirement: The hours for this position are from 7am - 5pm or 11am - 9pm. Available to work 7 days a week with days off rotating between weekdays and weekend days. Compensation details
Starting rate: $24/hr. In the first year, progress to $26/hr through performance-based opportunities. Four merit opportunities annually under Careers Not Jobs program with potential $0.50 increase every 90 days. Market-specific incentive programs may also apply. Responsibilities
Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (commercial license not required; training provided). Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the hauler to ensure safe operation. Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Drive safely with a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy. Obtain (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana). Meet state-specific requirements related to access to DMV/title and registration systems. Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license or state specialty license within the first two weeks (sponsored by Carvana). California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days (sponsored by Carvana). General qualifications
Physically capable of demanding tasks (detailed vehicle work, loading/unloading in various conditions). Ability to walk/stand for 8+ hours. English reading/writing/speaking proficiency. Physical flexibility and strength to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat; lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity; reasonable accommodations available.
