Role Overview The ZoomInfo Demand Generation team is looking for a highly organized and proactive marketer to help execute and optimize demand programs that drive engagement and pipeline.

This role is focused on the

hands-on execution and operational management

of key marketing programs, with some support for strategy, testing, and process improvements. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to ensure programs run smoothly, assets are optimized, and campaigns are operationally efficient. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented marketer to grow in a high-impact, fast-paced environment while contributing directly to pipeline and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

PROGRAM EXECUTION: Manage end-to-end execution of webinars and digital programs

Support program setup in webinar platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM

Facilitate copy and promotional asset creation for webinars and digital programs — become the master of our personas and messaging that resonates with them

Coordinate with external partners/vendors, Sales, Content, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution

Help maintain a calendar of marketing programs and speaker bench

OPERATIONS & OPTIMIZATION: Integrate webinar content into nurture campaigns and evergreen marketing motions

Revamp outreach sequences (email/call) for demand generation programs

Support A/B testing for emails, webinar programs, and other digital campaigns

Operationalize handraisers and leads generated from webinars

Assist with direct mail campaigns for webinars and other cross-functional digital channels

Track program logistics, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns

Maintain program templates and repeatable processes for the marketing team

Help scale the marketing team’s operational efficiency through process improvements

Oversee QA of content, promotions, while ensuring accurate reporting and thorough documentation of program details and results

REPORTING & INSIGHTS: Track program performance using webinar platforms, Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau

Support reporting on engagement, pipeline contribution, and other KPIs

Help identify opportunities to optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics

What You Bring:

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field

2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS

Hands-on experience managing webinars, digital campaigns, or multi-channel programs

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce), and webinar platforms (Sequel, ON24, etc)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously

Ability to analyze program performance and suggest improvements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive, team-oriented, and able to execute with minimal supervision

Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new tools and tactics

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply: $59,500 USD - $93,500 USD
