Overview
Analyst Development Program - Pricing Rotational Track (CFO Org) at GEICO. This two-year program targets bright, driven recent graduates to develop as pricing analysts through three rotations across a two-year cohort with an embedded support structure, learning and development journey, and community to accelerate career growth. The goal is to develop future analysts and business leaders who will contribute to innovation, profitability, and success. Responsibilities
Gain exposure to Auto Pricing and/or Reserving Teams through three rotations within a two-year cohort. Develop and prepare statistical analyses of underwriting or claims experience to support ratemaking and management information reporting. Develop and present analyses and proposals to various stakeholder groups. Conduct rate reviews and create filings for multiple business segments. Candidate Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Business, Data/Business Analytics, or other quantitative field, or Bachelor’s degree in any field with relevant analytics internship/experience (degree by May 2026). Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (transcripts required). Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Effective communication skills; intermediate to advanced Excel; basic to intermediate proficiency with data analysis software (R, SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.). Ability to work independently with general direction and thrive in a changing team environment; strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and learn quickly; intellectual curiosity and willingness to ask insightful questions. Must live within commutable distance from GEICO offices in Chevy Chase, MD or Chicago, IL, with hybrid work schedule (office at least three days per week). Annual Salary
