This position works out of our Pleasanton, CA location in the Heart Failure division. In Abbott’s Heart Failure (HF) business, we’re developing solutions to diagnose, monitor and manage heart failure, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives. What You’ll Work On

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Maintain internal and external customer service targets for products. Proactively communicate with stakeholders and spearhead resolution of short-term threats. Inventory: Kanban product inventory management, Production Order reconciliation, Production Supplies management, SAP material movement control and distressed Inventory impact on the P&L. Set target inventory stocking levels. Capacity Planning: Review monthly MSP targets from site planners to ensure alignment with strategies and adherence to weekly MSP targets. Financial: Reduction and accurate projection of Distressed Inventory (Excess & Obsolescence). Ensure production execution stays in sync with actual demand. Plans and organizes project assignments of substantial variety and complexity. Manage tactical execution of initiatives and production plans that span multiple plants. Interface with operations and distribution regarding schedule controls, inventory management, capacity utilization, returns and rework queues, and customer needs. Influence site supply planning, distribution and logistics teams. Mentor and develop skills of less experienced staff. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 3 years of relevant experience. Excellent leadership, problem solving, negotiating, and people skills. Excellent written and oral communications skills with attention to detail. Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint and presenting to executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications

Operations, Supply Chain and Project Management certification. Experience with SAP. Compensation

The base pay for this position is $79,500.00 – $138,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. Employment Details
