LRE Water | A Spheros Environmental Company Watershed Services Project Manager/Senior Project Manager Location: Denver, CO Experience Level:Senior (10+ years, including 3+ years of Project Management experience) Compensation: $90,600 - $158,000 (negotiable based on experience) About the Role LRE Water is seeking a senior-level Environmental Scientist, Hydrologist, or Water Resources Engineer to join our team of industry-leading professionals. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cross-disciplinary watershed service projects, regulatory navigation, and implementing innovative water resource solutions. The successful candidate will lead complex projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and develop long-term partnerships that drive measurable environmental outcomes. What You'll Do As a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of assigned projectstechnical delivery, financial performance, team leadership, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of water resource and watershed projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination. Technical Oversight: Ensure technical excellence, compliance with standards, and integration of innovative solutions. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact and represent clients in meetings as needed. Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior staff; foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Business Development: Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support the firm's strategic growth efforts. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage project profitability, and forecast labor resources. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or higher in environmental science, hydrology, engineering, ecology, geology, resource economics, or related field Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years managing projects Licensure: PE, PG, PH, or similar certification preferred (or willingness to obtain in Colorado) Technical Skills: Proficiency in scientific modeling software, Microsoft Suite, GIS, Google Earth, ERP/CRM systems, and relevant programming tools Why LRE Water?
