Senior SME Breaching Operations

to provide research support administration services for our government customer in

Ft. Bragg, NC . DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists the APM SPM&E in development and acquisition of kinetic and mechanical breaching operations and equipment to counter weapons of mass destruction and the further development or fielding in support of the SOF Mission Planning and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) cycle. Assists in the preparation of new requirement documentation, Statements of Objectives (SOO) and Statements of Work (SOW), Acquisition Program Baselines (APB) and Single Acquisition Management Plans (SAMP), Legal Reviews, and acquisition and contract strategies. Assists in preparation of and/or reviews specifications, identifies costs, resources (manpower, funding, and training), test and evaluation requirements and plans, and management of life cycle support (operations, maintenance, and replacement). Coordinates with the Project Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure adequate design specifications and associated documentation and problem resolution for problem reports. REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Must have a Bachelors degree. Masters degree preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 12 years of experience in the development and acquisition of kinetic and mechanical breaching operations and equipment to counter weapons of mass destruction and the further development or fielding in support of the SOF Mission Planning and the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate (F3EAD) cycle. REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE: Must be a U.S. Citizen (Born or Naturalized). Must have Active TS/SCI Clearance.
