Responsibilities
Shape and drive an innovative Marketing Operations strategy through collaboration with Marketing and SDR leadership, leveraging ABX principles and AI-powered capabilities to innovate, automate, and improve demand generation and pipeline growth.
Advance technology, data, and AI integration by selecting, integrating, and optimizing marketing automation, CRM, ABX platforms (including 6Sense), analytics, and prospect engagement tools; promote adoption of AI workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Operationalize data-driven and AI-enhanced insights by developing reporting, dashboards, and KPI cadences (including Pipeline Council) to measure, predict, and improve campaign performance, with actionable optimization recommendations.
Elevate lead management with intelligent automation: build automated workflows for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, enrichment, and routing; prioritize ABX-qualified accounts and leads with AI.
Champion data quality, governance, and scalable systems: design automated standards across marketing systems, using AI for data enrichment, cleansing, and predictive modeling to support ABX outreach.
Strengthen cross-functional and AI-enabled alignment: partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to align operations and technology with go-to-market and customer engagement strategies.
Standardize, document, and scale best practices: evolve workflows and standards so marketing and demand generation scale with ABX and AI initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performing, innovation-driven team: foster collaboration, experimentation, accountability, and talent skilled in AI and ABX best practices to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership in marketing operations or revenue operations within high-growth SaaS or B2B technology environments.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), prospect engagement (e.g., Outreach), and ABX (e.g., 6Sense) platforms; direct use of 6Sense and AI-driven tools for campaigns and analytics is preferred.
Proven ability to implement innovative, scalable ABX programs using data, technology, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive pipeline and revenue.
Analytical rigor with ability to translate multi-source data into clear, actionable strategies for marketing, ABX, and demand generation outcomes, including AI-powered insights.
Expertise in lead management, scoring, enrichment, and attribution modeling, leveraging automation and AI for broad and account-based campaigns.
Proven success partnering across Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation to drive integrated pipeline growth and scalable business impact.
Track record of leading executive presentations and KPI reviews with advanced reporting and AI-powered analytics.
Collaborative, decisive, empowering leadership with ownership mindset and urgency.
Salary and Benefits The estimated base salary range is listed below. The base salary varies by market and experience, and the total compensation includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range (US) is
$181,500 – $235,000
USD.
