Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water/Wastewater/Water Resources or other water related projects Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplines Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule Work with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviews Implement QA/QC procedures Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans Supervise project staff and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 15 years water/wastewater project engineering which must include a minimum of 5 years experience in project management, including complex water/wastewater projects including condition assessments, planning and design of collection systems, distribution systems and/or treatment plant projects. PE in New York or New Jersey An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Candidates who reside locally in the NY/NJ area are preferred. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years related experience A minimum 5 years project management experience Professional Engineer (PE) license MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience would be plus) Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must Our Commitment
