About you We’re looking for an experienced

Content Director

with background in live events to lead Kings League’s content strategy and production across the US. With a deep understanding of storytelling, youth culture, and audience behavior, this role will be central in shaping and delivering high-quality, engaging content that resonates across audiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate and oversee the full content production lifecycle

– from pre-production and planning to directing, editing, and final delivery. The content director will take the lead in video production and collaborate with the broadcast team conceptualizing the shows, matchdays and live broadcasts. Align and optimize the content strategy with external stakeholders —including team owners, streamers, celebrities, and broadcast partners—to ensure unified goals and efforts. Lead cross-functional production teams

across KL USA, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture that supports creativity and efficiency. Define and execute the content vision , ensuring that storytelling, tone, and design are relevant and on-trend, while aligned with Kings League global brand values. Supervise

script development and editing , maintaining high creative standards and narrative consistency. Hire and manage production talent

including directors, writers, editors, and on-screen personalities across various projects. Monitor and interpret

audience feedback and performance data , adjusting strategy accordingly to improve engagement and reach. Manage

production budgets and resource allocation , ensuring efficiency while delivering premium-quality content across multiple markets. Collaborate with global content leads , sharing learnings, maintaining alignment, and contributing to cross-market innovation. Proactively

solve production challenges , balancing creative ambition with logistical and technical realities on the ground. Profile: 7+ years of experience in

content production and creative leadership , ideally within entertainment, reality TV, live sports, or digital media. Strong leadership and

team management experience

across diverse and multicultural environments. Deep knowledge of

end-to-end production processes , from ideation to final cut. Strong narrative instinct and storytelling skills; ability to guide and refine scripts for different regional contexts. Demonstrated ability to

manage large-scale budgets and productions

across countries. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable collaborating with creatives, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Flexible schedule; willing to work evenings/weekends as needed during events or live productions. Experience in

cross-border content production
