Overview
The Home Depot’s Retail Media Network (Orange Apron Media – OAM) is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Research & Analytics team. This highly technical role will provide clients with analytic and measurement support by developing custom reporting, advanced analytics support and assisting in marketing measurement initiatives. As a Senior Analyst, you will work directly with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful narratives and build analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and productize custom ad-hoc analytics projects and reports using SQL for scaling to clients
Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using analytical tools to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Assist in the development and automation of marketing analytics tools, and dashboards
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to align analytics efforts with broader organizational goals
Help drive the adoption of measurement solutions such as incrementality testing and A/B testing with internal and external stakeholders by having strong knowledge in methodology and their applications
Translate business questions into data-driven analyses and communicate findings clearly through presentations and written reports
Stay current on industry trends and contribute to the evolution of OAM’s measurement capabilities

Travel Requirements
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance
Demonstrated business/financial modeling capabilities with tools such as Excel and Access
Demonstrated skills in applying statistical analysis principles to business challenges
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work well with others
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; self-starter
Preferred Qualifications
Strong SQL skills
Experience in one Programming language (Python or R)
Experience creating Tableau dashboards
Analytical skills
Presentation skills
Strong communication skills
Strong people skills
Minimum Education
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
