Morningstar . Morningstar’s Corporate Finance team supports strategic initiatives, day-to-day operations, and long-term financial health and growth. The Corporate FP&A team is responsible for planning, forecasting, and analyzing the company’s financial results, working with senior leaders, business finance partners, and international teams to support strategy and growth initiatives. Responsibilities

Provide support to central functions with budgets, forecasts, performance analysis, financial modeling, and alignment with the long-term strategic plan. Assist in allocations to the business and help leaders understand drivers behind allocation changes. Collaborate across businesses and regions to ensure FP&A processes align with central requirements for your area. Support Financial Reporting and Investor Relations in quarterly and annual reporting on a case-by-case basis. Perform financial modeling for central functions and deliver insights for decision-making. Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans with relevant stakeholders. Track KPI consistency and financial reporting across central functions to enable visibility and performance monitoring. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus. Coursework in finance/accounting/business/economics/data science/STEM is desirable. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or business partnership/analysis roles. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence decisions. Ability to multi-task, manage shifting priorities and deadlines, and work well on cross-functional teams. Proven ability to build relationships with team members, business leaders, and internal functions. Very strong Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Oracle/Hyperion, Workday, Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Tableau, and/or PowerBI is preferred. Experience with Python/R/SQL is beneficial (not required). Compensation And Benefits

Morningstar’s hybrid work environment offers a mix of remote and in-person collaboration. Total cash compensation range:

$92,525.00 - 157,275.00 USD Annual
