We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Engineering Finance team. This role is located in New York, NY. Responsibilities

Support the development of long-range plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts across the Engineering Practice Provide financial insights and scenario modeling to support strategic Engineering initiatives across BNY Deliver actionable analytics and reporting to track KPIs, cost drivers, and investment returns Partner with business finance teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, HR, Strategy) to ensure integrated financial planning and execution Drive adoption of financial tools and automation to streamline reporting and analysis Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably supporting large-scale technology or engineering organizations Strong understanding of technology financials Proven ability to lead through change and influence senior stakeholders Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred Compensation and Employment Information

Base salary: $122,000–$200,000 per year, with individualized determination based on experience and market location. This is part of the total compensation package, which may include bonuses, incentives, and benefits. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary and other compensation at any time. Equity, Benefits, and EEO
