We maintain a customer-focused, turnkey solar installation experience that covers marketing and sales, installation, service, and warranty coverage. Responsibilities
Consult with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their home Leverage in-depth knowledge of solar leasing programs to guide customers in selecting suitable financing options Achieve sales goals including quotas and lead response timeliness Qualify prospective customers using established and creative lead methods to build your book of business Design and build Solar Energy systems that fit the prospective customer\'s needs Participate in on-the-job training, classroom instruction, self-study, licensing (if applicable), and lead qualifying activities Build and maintain strong relationships with your sphere of influence and the community Collaborate with Affiliate Partners and Vendors to ensure lead response and nurturing Provide weekly reporting Attend events selected for outreach to prospective solar customers Qualifications
Are motivated and driven by results Are hungry and passionate about what you do Can close deals (3+ years of solar/in-home sales a plus) Like helping people and pay attention to details Think on your feet and communicate clearly Enjoy taking on challenges and finding solutions Compensation and Benefits
This is a W-2, full-commission position with no cap on earning potential. The first 2-week company-paid sales training sets you up for success in the field. If you meet company KPI expectations, the average earnings range between $100,000-$200,000 per year. We encourage applicants with varied backgrounds and skills to apply.
