will serve as the point person and first responder for every loss, including contents cleaning. Key responsibilities include: Serve as point person and first responder for every loss, including contents cleaning. Contact customers within 30 minutes to schedule appointments. Prepare scope of work and communicate with customers. Secure applicable contracts. Coordinate, schedule, supervise, document, and assist in production. Record and report loss documentation to customers, adjusters, and national programs. The ideal candidate will have a desire to join a world-class team, dedication to customer service, ability to lead others, and IICRC certification or equivalent experience. Fluency in English and a valid driver's license with a clean record are also required.
