Position Highlights : Position: Practice Operations Coordinator Location: Glenbrook, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm. Required Travel: Limited Travel What You Will Do : Oversee the daily administrative functions of medical practices, ensuring efficient and organized operations. Manage patient appointment scheduling, optimizing patient flow and provider schedules for maximum efficiency. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and engagement. Support financial aspects, including billing, coding, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management. Coordinate and assign tasks to practice support staff, including medical assistants, administrative personnel, and other team members. Monitor and enforce quality assurance and compliance measures to maintain adherence to healthcare regulations and best practices. Ensure the effective use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology to enhance patient care and record-keeping. Oversee inventory levels and supply procurement, ensuring practices are well-stocked and resources are used efficiently. Prepare and maintain reports on practice performance, including operational, financial, and patient care metrics, to support decision-making. Collaborate with healthcare providers, practice managers, and hospital administration to implement strategic initiatives and improvements within practices. What You Will Need : 3 years of urology experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration preferred. 1 Year of previous experience in healthcare administration or practice management, required.
