Interactive Learning & Development Manager at Jostens. Builds and sustains a human-centered performance ecosystem that supports both Independent Salesforce and Internal Teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and professional growth through innovative development strategies. Leads the creation and execution of comprehensive learning programs, onboarding initiatives, regional training, virtual and in-field training, technology education, and certification processes for managers and representatives. Supports design and maintenance of onboarding experiences and long-term learning paths aligned with organizational goals and best practices. You Have

Technical skills: Knowledge of modern work management applications (Microsoft Office Suite). Hands-on content creation experience including presentation templates, icons and graphics, video editing, and instructional guides. Preferred knowledge of Lessonly, Seismic, Salesforce, Adobe, Vimeo, vidREACH, and beautiful.ai. Attention to detail: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and quickly learn new systems. Proven ability to define and manage project priorities and timelines across a corporate, regional, and functional matrix. Innovation: Strategic thinker who translates organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives. Understands communications and learning trends, channels, and the digital landscape. Great communication skills: Builds trusting relationships and collaborates at all levels. Able to present in person or virtually and deliver engaging content. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience: 5 years in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development; 3 years in a leadership role. Experience with sales methodologies and models. 5+ years in high-profile communications and learning/training roles. Preferred experience with a fast-paced independent Salesforce. Preferred 3–5 years of sales experience. Preferred demonstrated success leading and managing people and processes. Preferred corporate field training experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Adult Learning or related field. You Will

Manage: Lead day-to-day operational responsibilities for learning and development; steer communication, learning and engagement strategies, content design, development, and delivery to engage both independent Salesforce and internal teams. Drive: Organizational change through transformational learning, coaching and skill-building experiences; promote a transformation-focused mindset and innovative tactics to support execution. Lead: Deliver high-level thought leadership in learning and communications to support multiple functions; act as a strategic business partner connecting functional group strategies. Collaborate: Deliver next-generation learning and digital experiences through alignment of interaction design, personas, user research, design themes and standards. Design: Create and deliver innovative in-person and digital learning programs; apply best practices and standards to ensure value from development and deployment of materials. Measure: Establish KPI and completion metrics for new learning programs; evaluate effectiveness and inform ongoing improvements. Facilitate: Lead training programs such as sales academy, regional training, Jostens University, and virtual/peer-to-peer learning; emphasize consistent consumer-focused sales methodologies. Impact: Support key business and sales initiatives; align sales force with overall strategy; provide training leadership for sales strategy implementation. Support additional Revenue Enablement projects and initiatives. Typical/Expected Overnight Travel: 20% - 30% Love Where You Work
