Help generate Requests for Information (RFIs) and track approvals Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and shop drawing coordination Assist Project Manager & Superintendent with creating and executing field action plans Assist in coordinating and tracking Vendor & Subcontractor deliveries Gain an understanding for overall site logistics and jurisdictional permit inspection processes Accompany Ryan personnel and Owner on punchlist inspections, record punchlist items, and monitor completion of punchlist work To be successful in this role
You must have a four-year degree in construction management or related field or a two-year constructions certificate with at least 2 years of industry experience. Ability to demonstrate understanding of mathematical calculations, architectural and engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost-coding systems is required. You must be able to assume responsibility & interface and communicate effectively with a great attitude and work ethic. You Will Really Stand Out If You Have
Previous internship experience General knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing Ability to travel as needed to execute projects Eligibility
