ANSER is seeking an

Office Manager Lead

to support the xxxxx. The Office Manager Lead will oversee administrative operations, personnel supervision, and workflow management in support of a high-level federal office. You will manage day-to-day support functions including correspondence control, records management, human resources coordination, and security processes. Day To Day Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and ensure timely execution of organizational requirements. Supervise and lead administrative support personnel. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and office continuity materials. Maintain and update office rosters including phone lists, emergency contacts, and organizational charts. Log, review, edit, distribute, and track official correspondence and FOIA requests using CATMS and email. Coordinate the delivery of sensitive documents and manage incoming/outgoing mail. Maintain records in accordance with official records management policies and procedures. Manage and update content on the office intranet site, focusing on records and document control. Coordinate in- and out-processing of personnel, including onboarding requirements and kiosk updates. Support timekeeping, attendance reporting, and processing of personnel actions such as awards and staffing packages. Facilitate building and suite access, information system access, CAC issuance, and visitor authorization requests. Track and manage IT equipment, telecommunications services, office supplies, and accountable property. Submit and coordinate facility service requests and manage burn bag collection and disposal. Handle logistics for official foreign gifts, including documentation and retrieval. Coordinate visitor access, parking arrangements, and escort duties for non-cleared personnel. Required Qualifications Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a degree, eight (8) years of demonstrated administrative support experience in the Federal Government, Military, or Private Sector may be substituted. Minimum of six (6) years of experience in administrative services, including correspondence and workflow management. At least three (3) years of management or supervisory experience in high-level government or military environments. Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments requiring critical thinking, initiative, discretion, and problem-solving. Demonstrated proficiency in using the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS). High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
