ISSO/ISSE Cyber Security Engineer, Sr
to join our team! In this role you will: Implement the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. Update POA&M item (add/close); create POA&Ms for non-applicable DTOs and non-compliant security controls. Complete ConMon tasks; update test results for controls and push to validator. Review Weekly ACAS Scans; upload results into eMASS. Remediate all conflicting security controls. Review (update if applicable) policy and procedures for each control family based on ConMon task. Update ‘Implementation Plan’ as applicable. Review HW/SW as it applies to controls, POA&Ms, and scans. Coordinate with ISSM on control policy/procedures to ensure compliance. Close out all controls marked controls with appropriate implementation “compliant, non-compliant, not applicable” across all eMASS system packages. Update Weekly ISSM Cyber Security Brief to Security Posture for all systems. Review STIGs, validate findings, and upload STIG checklist (.ckl /.csv) files for each system asset into eMASS. Work with Engineering and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) teams to develop and keep current all system-level documentation. Work with the SCA-R to ensure validation of all unofficial eMASS controls. Develop, update, and review policy and procedure documents in accordance with RMF and customer requirements. Communicate written and oral with senior level personnel; provide articulate and concise feedback regarding RMF requirements and implementation. Required Qualifications: 5 or more years of ISSO/ISSE experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree. IAM I or II Certification (Sec+ CE, CAP, CASP+ CE, CND, GSLC CISSP,CISM, HCISPP, CCISO). Active Top Secret / SCI w/ Poly. Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
