LGO/Tauber Leadership Development Program - Massachusetts Institute of Technology Join to apply for the LGO/Tauber Leadership Development Program role at Boeing. The program spans across various US-based Boeing sites with first assignments at one of the listed locations. By joining the program, you will get the opportunity to participate in a full-time, company-sponsored Leadership Development Program and rotate across the company to gain a systems-perspective of Boeing’s services, products and value streams. Selected candidates will be placed at one of the following site locations for their first assignment: Seattle, WA; Auburn, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Cambridge, MA; North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Hendon, VA; Arlington, VA; Huntsville, AL; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Titusville, FL; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK or Ridley Park, PA. Position Responsibilities
Rotate positions every 12-18 months Develop and execute projects and process plans, implement policies/procedures, and set operational goals Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manage, develop and motivate the teams that you are leading What You Will Do
Participate in a full-time company-sponsored Leadership Development Program Lead teams of varying sizes in a variety of situations and environments Gain support and build relationships with the LGO/Tauber alumni network at Boeing Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, the Leaders for Global Operations Graduate Degree Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Experience supporting business operations for a global organization Experience collaborating across functions and organizational levels Experience developing and maintaining relationships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports Experience in roles requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities Other Details
