Impact a range of customer, operation, project, or service activities within your team and related teams. Work within broad guidelines to conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. Diagnose and repair equipment failures, determine actions for equipment modifications, and maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated electrical and plumbing systems. Perform repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance, and general building maintenance, while completing maintenance and repair records. Operate company-issued vehicles as part of daily responsibilities. Share knowledge of HVAC/R systems and related topics with team members. Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values. Ensure work quality and timely, high-standard outcomes. Explain technical information clearly to team members and clients. What You’ll Need
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future. High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience; in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Universal EPA or CFC Certification Basic knowledge of light carpentry, electrical, and plumbing; this is a Hybrid role. Ability to meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying 50 lbs or more. Willingness to apply innovative thinking and take a new approach to solutions. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. Math skills with ability to perform mildly complex calculations. Why CBRE?
