Join our dynamic team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll be instrumental in analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the system architecture solutions align with business objectives. Your Key Responsibilities

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management. Your responsibilities will include continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices. You will oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives. Expect to maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily. Travel may be required based on client needs. Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions Skills And Attributes For Success

Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk management. Ability to engage in research and apply best practices to drive innovation. Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams; initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow documentation, and functional design of the solution. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Consistently deliver quality client services; monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems. Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work. Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining results. Functional understanding of the system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks. To Qualify For The Role

A Bachelor's degree 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with SAP Project Systems; in-depth knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams; experience with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable Deep knowledge of Project System processes across multiple industries and ability to understand, communicate, and deliver complex client requirements Knowledge of Project Systems leading practices, peer company environments and relevant advisory experience in finance and technology functions, including but not limited to: Project structural components (Project definition, WBS elements, Networks, Templates) Project Planning, Budgeting, Milestones, Billing, MRP Advanced Results Analysis Methods Resource Related Billing Event-Based Revenue Recognition Experience integrating with other SAP Modules Managerial Accounting Financial Accounting Material Management Order to Cash Plant Maintenance Production Planning Human Resources Proficiency with one or more S4HANA SAP FICO modules Familiarity with Security roles related to Project Systems and Management Accounting processes Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulatory requirements, industry practices, and new technologies Experience developing functional specifications Strong system configuration experience Relationship management skills Negotiation capabilities Critical thinking Emotional agility A willingness to travel to meet client needs Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Prior consulting industry experience SAP Certification(s) including C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Project Systems Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of core module Additional SAP Finance certificates Prior industry experience in accounting department and experience leading cross-functional teams A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making What We Look For
