Our capabilities include Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors to boost operational efficiency and performance. The Opportunity Our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) team provides strategic solutions to transform logistics operations, focusing on cost, efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate these into technical specifications. You will assess new technology implementations to ensure they meet business needs and work with technical teams to design system architectures. Your Key Responsibilities Lead SAP projects and workstreams, ensuring quality and effective management. Monitor project progress, deliverables, and performance metrics. Lead client sessions, managing work from planning to closure. Participate in design workshops during the Explore phase. Configure SAP EWM and related modules. Design custom RICEF solutions and document specifications. Conduct testing and support training development. Provide on-site support during hypercare. Demonstrate technical expertise and strong business understanding. Deliver high-quality client services, manage risks, and communicate progress effectively. Skills and Attributes for Success Success in this role requires a mix of technical and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and effective communication. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, architect solutions, and implement configurations in SAP and other systems. Key skills include: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience managing SAP projects and teams Ability to identify opportunities for additional services Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) 4-6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years with SAP EWM Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills Experience in project management and team leadership Willingness to travel 40-60% Preferred Qualifications Consulting experience or deep functional SAP expertise SAP certifications Experience with full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations Hands-on SAP configuration and custom RICEF development Experience in training end-users and designing solutions for warehouse operations What We Offer At EY, you will develop future-ready skills, enjoy a flexible work environment, and be part of a diverse, inclusive culture.
