Amazon Business Flywheel Inputs Analytics team is looking for a Data Engineer to build our data platform and set us up for future growth. Amazon Business (AB) represents an opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base for Amazon. We focus on building solutions that enable B2B customers to find and buy products and services across multiple devices and marketplaces. Our team owns data-driven decision making for key AB problems including price setting, selection additions, and operations optimization. This is a fast-growing business sector; we need leaders who can think big and drive vision into reality. Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, and maintaining a cutting-edge data infrastructure to support large and complex datasets using AWS Services and internal BDT Tools Collaborating with Scientists, Product Managers, BI Engineers, and Software Engineers to design, implement, and support source-of-truth data sources Developing and optimizing robust ETL pipelines with monitoring, data quality controls, and seamless integration of diverse data sources Building and scaling an analytical data model that provides self-service access to data and flexibility to integrate datasets from multiple sources Managing AWS resources and exploring the latest AWS technologies to provide new capabilities and increased efficiency Fostering engineering best practices and a culture of continuous learning and innovation Basic Qualifications

Experience with SQL 3+ years of data engineering experience Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Firehose, Lambda, and IAM Experience as a data engineer or related role (e.g., software engineer, BI engineer, data scientist) with a track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total package, in addition to a full range of benefits.
